Mildew on side of home - Mgmt Agent notified in June. Promised to correct. No correction. Oak Tree needs trim. Commercial vehicle (pick up truck with trailler) being parked in traffic circle of E Margaret over night on a regular basis

Site Visit Aug 18 found no corrections

Sept 26 site visit found shrubs not trimmed, pavers need straighten, and items from initial Fining notice not corrected (mildew - no photos of correction recieved so still considered outstanding)
