Photos taken Sept 10th and no action taken. Lawn condition, oil stains in street and DW, palm and shrubs need trim. New notice sent 9-29-26 continued lawn and shrub/tree issues, but also now include bent blinds, weeds in driveway. HON communicating with DLG about violation corrections. Home is vacant
