Homeowner Alejandro Echeverry acknowledged misunderstanding the notices and agreed to hire weekly lawn service and stop parking on the lawn. Diane reported two association-arranged mowings, one in August and one earlier that week. The board agreed to defer the proposed fine until the next compliance review discussed for December, allowing time to verify continued compliance. Both mowing charges remain payable. Diane will communicate the decision and charges to the homeowner. Diane also noted that an oak tree concern should be added to the next notice.
