Owner emailed DLG today January 26th stating items have been corrected but several are still outstanding. She asked for more time in the email but note this home has been in violation for 3 years and the file has been at Atty Anne Hathorne's office and AR Law. ARLaw is ready to file Injunction
Homeowner is working on correcting all violations (as of Feb 11)
2/21/2026 - latest attached pictures shows that all violations have been cured. Landscaping concerns have been addressed. All trash and debris have been picked up. Mailbox has been cleaned as is the front door. Window blind has been replaced. Violation entry will be marked as resolved. - EMR
March 23 2026 Inspection found 4 new violations. Letters going out this week.
