ARC request in Feb to paint (following Friendly Vio) approved but not completed yet. Trees/palms need trim, mildew on home, cars are parked across the sidewalk daily. TC left at curb or at garage daily.

Mildew and Paint still outstanding. Parking across sidewalk is consistent. Neighbors are monitoring for me, Owner notified me by email that due to financial reasons, he plans to paint the home himself. I will inspect week of April 24.
