Palm trees in back yard, easement and front yard require regular maintenance. Oak trees in back yard severely overgrown. Consistent issue that Mgmt has to remind them every 4-6 months. Highly visible corner lot.

1st notice of fining was in March 2026 and included multiple violation issues - cured. Invitation Homes sent their Auto reply that items are cured.

June 2 - all trees still require trim. Only back yard trees done. New violations - new notice going out June 4. No changes or communications as of June 19 2026
