IH working with DLG to resolve remaining items via ARB: fence & exterior paint. All else corrected.

Sept 26 - trees have been trimmed. Exterior Paint ARB approved but not complete. Fence still pending (trying to convince them to go to white PVC. Highly visible corner lot) Fine assessed - unpaid. Next Step AR Law
