Lawn Poor Condition, mow, edge, fence damages (replace with White PVC), blinds damaged, exterior paint faded, all oaks need raised. Trash cans being left at curb for multiple days

No change as of July 23. No response from Homeowner

August 21 2026. Investor emailed me that all corrected except (1) item. Requested we defer the Fine. I was on site Aug 18th so could not confirm corrections. Out of compliance for lack of lease on file and aggressive dog being reported. (new violation)

Sept 26 -No lease received. Object in front window (notice of some kind). lawn not mowed, mildew forming on front of home

Owner contacted me to confirm all corrections complete except ext paint. Only Tree trim done. Owner Is out of town until Oct 5.
