The undersigned owner(s) or designated voter in South Fork of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc. appoints or, if left blank, the Secretary of the Association, as my proxyholder to attend and vote the annual meeting of the members of the Association on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Christ the King Church, 11421 Big Bend Rd., Riverview FL 33569.

The proxy holder named above has the authority to vote and act for me to the same extent that I would if personally present, with power of substitution, except that my proxy holder’s authority is limited as indicated below.
