Final Violation mailed Jan 26. No corrections to date. Window film, trash cans, severe mildew on side of home, palms not being trimmed. Vehicles parking over sidewalk and protruding into the street on regular basis. no changes as of Feb 26th inspection

As of March 19 - only outstanding item is window film/condition & palm trimming. Inspecting March 23 for update. Eric approved extension to March 31.

As of March 23, windows cured. Parking over SW still remain. Communicating with the Homeowner.
