All items cured except for exterior mildew and full exterior paint. Owner contacted Diane April 2 to state she is submitting ARB for paint. Never received.

New Tenant moving in so lawn maintenance should improve

As of June 2, edging not being done, and mildew still visible. Investor/Owner emailed that they pressure washed but it did not appear so June 2. Board will need to decide if we are pushing for paint. No confirmation that soffits were repaired. I could not take photos as persons were in the garage.

July 24th site visit found only slight mildew still visible on Sigler side of home. All other items appear corrected. Management Recommends closing case
