Owner attended June Compliance meeting had cured all violations except driveway.
Aug 18th found driveway still outstanding, palms not trimmed - and palm in rear yard
hanging over the common area and interfering with common area maintenance
No response/ corrections or ARB received. Fine assessed in Aug remains unpaid. Sending to AR Law.
