
Homeowners intending to rent their homes must have owned the property for at least two years and be current on their HOA dues, with no outstanding violations. If they fail to meet any of these criteria, they will be denied the rental opportunity. Refer to the Documents tab for the Amendment and Rental Policy. All rental applicants MUST be approved and are usually approved by the Board of Directors within 30 days.

Please adhere to your governing documents of South Fork with regards to maintenance of your Lot. Documents are available on this site and we encourage everyone to read them. Site visits are done by management regularly and residents are notified of corrections and the deadline to make those corrections. Please maintain your lot with mowing, trimming of palm trees and oaks trees in your Lot, removing mildew from the home on a regular basis, and keeping trash and personal items out of view from the street. Non-compliance will result in attorney action.
Must be consistent with the HOA style. White with white post. Available at Ace Hardware or Home Depot on line. Also available for purchase and install by DLG. Cost is $35 for mailbox only (pick up at our office – includes mailbox numbers) or $65 installed. Contact DLG for info. Install can take up to 10 days. Mailbox numbers must be 3” black block letters and are also available at the above vendors on-line or in the store.

All exterior changes to your home require an ARB approval. See forms page for more details and forms. This includes roofing, pools, screen enclosures, landscape, paint, pavers, fencing or lawn art. ARB requests should be sent to dlee@dlgmgmt.com. All paint color requests that are not pre-approved colors must have a color chart scanned in color and included in the request as a PDF. Original colors sent US mail is preferred. Requests may take 30 days to process.

ALL OAK TREES REMOVED FROM A LOT OR AN EASEMENT REQUIRE COUNTY PERMITS PULLED OR AN ARBORIST REPORT TO OBTAIN WAIVER OF PERMITS. THAT DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ARB COMMITTEE. ALL EASEMENT TREE REMOVAL MUST BE REQUESTED VIA ARCHITECUTURAL REVIEW FORM AND A REPLACEMENT TREE INSTALLED (which has been approved by the board via ARB request).
STUMPS MUST BE REMOVED AND SODDED OVER.
Located in Phase II and is a Shared Facility owned by Phase II. For information on access and pool cards, please see the pool attendant at the pool area. DLG has no involvement with the pool.

The sidewalks and streets of South Fork Phase I are owned by Hillsborough County, however, residents are responsible to clean the sidewalks and driveway on their Lot regularly. Contact info for repairs to your sidewalk can be found on the Contact Page of this Web site. In regards to vehicles parking in the street, this is NOT a violation of the Declaration of the Association, nor is it a Hillsborough County Violation. If someone is blocking your driveway access or your mailbox, please place a note on their vehicle. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact the sheriff's non emergency number.
Sec. 6.11.43. Garage, Yard, Etc. Sales
Garage, yard, tag, patio and apartment sales are specifically permitted, as an accessory use, in all residential districts. Such sales shall be limited to one during each six-month period, for a duration not to exceed three days. Notify dlee@dlgmgmt.com if you plan a garage sale. Advertising signs at the entry and subdivisions are only permitted the day of the event.
