Purpose:

This is an open meeting of the Board of Directors to review ongoing covenant and rules violations for which prior notice has been provided. The Board may determine whether to levy fines in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents and Florida law.

No final fines are imposed at this meeting without the homeowner being afforded notice and an opportunity for a hearing before the Compliance Committee.

Homeowners may attend to observe. Individual violation details will not be debated during this meeting.
